After finishing my PhD in maths at Newcastle University, I began working as a software developer for Greyridge Software.

Pursued research in abstract algebra, making heavy use of programming in a new language. Occasionally presented work at academic conferences, and did some teaching. My thesis was "The Irreducible Representations Of Rational Cherednik Algebras Associated To The Symmetric Groups S2 And S3 In Positive Characteristic" and can be found here. My work was published in the Journal of Algebra which can be seen here.
